Small Group Fitness classes at Neil McDougal Park in Como.

Our Small Group Fitness classes are designed to make you feel happier, healthier and stronger! Our classes are small and personalised to individual goals, with a focus on mobility, correct technique and fun. We want to help you fall back in love with your body, remove pain and niggles, and gain more energy. Join our community today and start your journey to a healthier and happier you.

Our sessions run in the beautiful Neil McDougall Park, Como. We meet near the playground on the Ley Street side of the park. On rainy days classes are held at our home fitness studio in South Perth.

muscle HUSTLE

Strength and mobility focused class. We release tight muscles, activate the correct muscles to unlock movement, remove your pain and get stronger!

KICKBOXING CARDIO

A cardio boxing and kickboxing class. Boost your energy, power and confidence while having loads of fun!

POWER HOUR

A blend of High intensity cardio, strength, resistance, fun and games to boost your energy, strength and mood. Perfect way to de-stress and release the happy hormones. 

MUMMY AND ME STRENGTH CLUB

Rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, restore energy, and feel confident again with targeted muscle release and activation to support strong, pain-free movement, all with your baby by your side.

Begginers Vinyasa Yoga

Learn key yoga poses, the basics of Vinyasa flow and how to connect each movement with breath. The amazing Paola will guide you step by step ensuring you'll feel comfortable and confident.
