Rebecca- Owner, Personal Trainer, Remedial Massage Therapist and Self love Workshop co-creator and Host

My vision is to empower Mums around the world to fall back in love with their body and lead more active lives so they can be happier, healthier and stronger. 

 

I love inspiring women to enjoy movement, reconnect and understand their bodies better and help them eliminate pain and niggles from their body with specific exercises and massage. 

 

I specialise in Movement Release Techniques and Myofascial Cupping. I take a holistic approach with each client. I know pain is never where the problem is and love solving the puzzle of the human body to help them move without pain

It lights me up when my clients feel proud of themselves of taking steps to reach their goals. I love the smile and joy on peoples faces when they finish a workout or achieve a goal.

Calvin Cheok- Personal Trainer, Movement Restoration Coach, Massage Therapist. 

I am passionate about helping people get fit and strong because I believe that movement is the key to living a pain-free, confident life.

 

Seeing my clients regain their strength, mobility, and independence—especially those recovering from injuries or surgeries—drives me every day. 


I love guiding people through their rehabilitation journey, helping them overcome pain, prevent future injuries, and build resilience. Fitness is more than just exercise; it’s about empowering people to feel their best, move without limitations, and live a healthier, happier life.

Madelyn Beazley  - Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor

I'm currently studying cert 4 in fitness. I first started going to the gym when I was 20 but I have always been very active growing up.

​

When I was young I participated in athletics and gymnastics. I really enjoy discus, shotput and javelin. A few medals were won in these sports, one being gold!

I've recently signed up to do the hbf run for a reason, the 12km, and a half marathon in October. So I'm currently training around these events.

​

I enjoy strength training and how it makes you feel like a new person.

I hope I can help all of you on your fitness journey because mine is somewhat just starting in a way

Paola Duarte  - Yoga teacher

Paola is a passionate environmental planner who also dedicates her time to teaching yoga. About a decade ago, she rolled out her mat for the first time, because the office grind, taking its toll, was leaving her with the classic aches and pains of a desk warrior.  Her passion for yoga deepened as her aches and pains faded away, but she realized she was gaining much more than just a stretch from her practice.

​

Since becoming a yoga teacher, she’s found immense joy in passing the rewards yoga provides to other people. Teaching allows Paola to share the transformative power and serenity yoga brings to the mind, soul and body with every person she meets. She loves to guide people in finding their zen, unlocking new strengths, relieving those pesky desk-bound knots, experimenting with different asanas (yoga poses), and exploring their physical boundaries—all while ensuring safe and fluid movements.

Emily Wallace- Marketing Manager & Creator

I’m Emily, the person behind the posts, videos, emails, and all the creative things you see at Feel Your Best Fitness!

​

I’ve been working with Bec for over two years now, but we go way back like 30 years back! (Yep, we’re those lifelong friends who somehow managed to work together without driving each other crazy. )

​

Being part of a small business and this incredible community is my favourite part of the job. Seeing how much time, love, and effort Bec puts into FYB is truly inspiring, and I feel so lucky to be a part of it. Plus, getting to help a bestie build something amazing? Absolute dream! 

On a personal note, working at FYB has helped me grow in ways I never expected especially my confidence! Being in such a supportive environment has encouraged me to believe in myself and my skills, and I’ve learned so much along the way.

Oh, and fun fact about me: this year, I finally started training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! My whole family has been doing it for years, so I figured it was about time I jumped in too.
