Video: January Workout Challenge

January's workout is 6 minute plank challenge.

The plank is one of my favourite exercises, as it works so many different areas of the body- your core, shoulders, glutes- and it challenges your stability.

Use this challenge at the end of you usual workout as a high intensity finisher or on its own when you have limited time to exercise.

4 exercises, 30 seconds each, repeat 3 times.

Plank shoulder taps

Plank left leg raises

Plank right leg raises

Plank tranfers

Keep your core and glutes switched on throughout every movement and ensure you keep a straight line with your body from your head to your heels.
