Video: Feel Your Best November Workout Challenge

This months workout challenge is designed to get you a flat tummy that you'll be proud to show off at the beach this summer.

The challenge is an Every minute - On the minute workout of 8 full burpees (with a push up) followed by a lateral jump.

Complete as may rounds as you can until you can no longer complete 8 within the 1 minute.

Doing this challenge 3-4 times per week, combined with great nutrition will reduce your waistline and give the confidence to wear that bikini this summer.

Remember to warm up and stretch to cool down to minimise any muscle cramps and soreness. A sufficient warm up could include a 5 minute walk/jog, leg swings, arm circles, body weight squats and star jumps, or any or your favourite cardio based moves to get all your muscles ready to go!
