Video: Feel Your Best Fitness- July Workout Challenge

This month's workout challenge is a super-set of leg and glutes exercises, focused on building strength and toning your butt and legs!

This challenge requires little to no equipment you don't need a large amount of space, it is perfect for a winters day when you only have small undercover area at home or close by.

This super-set consists of- Donkey kicks Plank legs lifts One-legged glute-bridge Squat and side-kicks. Twenty reps on the left and twenty on the right of each exercise. Complete as many rounds as possible, aiming for about three to five rounds!

Remember to warm up and stretch to cool down to minimise any muscle cramps and soreness. A sufficient warm up could include a 5 minute walk/jog, leg swings, arm circles, body weight squats and star jumps, or any or your favourite cardio based moves to get all your muscles ready to go!
