My philosophy, pain is not where the problem is!

I specialise in Remedial and Sports massage, Movement Release and Myofascial Cupping.  I take a holistic approach to each clients treatment, viewing the body as a whole.

Your body is connected by a network of connective tissue called fascia, which links muscles, bones, and organs. Tension in one area of the body can affect a whole line upwards, sideways, or diagonally across the body. If you think of your body like jumper, you pull on one corner creates tension the opposite corner.

Your body is puzzle that I love to solve to help you feel relaxed, pain free and moving more freely again.
